RI Monthly Excellence in Nursing Award in a non-traditional setting

RICSNTA is extremely proud to announce that Denise Flores is the 2020 recipient of the RI Monthly Excellence in Nursing Award in a non-traditional setting. Denise is the Head Nurse in Barrington Public Schools. She serves on the RICSNTA board and chairs the National Board Certification Committee. In addition, she facilitates quarterly meetings with district school nurse leaders.
Congratulations to Denise!!! RICSNTA is so proud and excited for her. We are grateful for her accomplishments and contribution to the specialty practice of School Nursing, and most importantly, for all she does in her role as School Nurse Teacher.
