Shift: Full-time, Nights
Bonus: $20,000.00 Sign-On
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, high-quality patient care within the Medical/Surgical Unit. Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—the RN delivers direct patient care while maintaining professional standards and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, high-quality patient care within the Medical/Surgical Unit. Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—the RN delivers direct patient care while maintaining professional standards and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care within the scope of practice, addressing the psychosocial, physical, and general needs of patients.
- Direct and guide patient and family education to promote understanding, compliance, and self-care.
- Supervise and support other nursing personnel in the delivery of patient care activities.
- Monitor and communicate changes in patients’ clinical conditions to physicians, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic results, and symptomatology.
- Respond promptly and accurately to patient condition changes or treatment responses, implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and follow established protocols and policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
- Ventilator Management experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
